Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policies

EXCHANGE POLICY:

At maiea, we are committed to creating personalised, made-to-order pieces just for you. Due to the customised nature of our products, we unfortunately have a no-exchange policy. We appreciate your understanding and are always here to help if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.

RETURN POLICY:

If you find that your product is faulty upon receiving it, you will be eligible for a return and refund provided that you meet the conditions below.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:

  • You are only eligible for a return if your product is faulty/defective/broken upon receiving and for no other reason.
  • Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging)
  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable.
  • You may be asked to provide personal details for returns for verification purposes.
  • If you do not contact us with the matter of return within a period of 5 days upon delivery of your items, you will not be eligible for a return and refund.
  • Items must be returned within 21 days from the delivery date. You will not be eligible for return if you exceed this time frame. 
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND

You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from maiea if the item is:

  • (a) faulty or defective upon your inspection of items upon receiving.
  • If you are entitled to a refund but would prefer to receive a maiea E-gift card of equivalent value to the item, we will happily give you a gift card.
